I was inspired by the cover of Veg...Absolutely yes. I was inspired by the cover of Vegan Lunchbox and have not looked back. <br /><br />I just packed my first bento lunch in my new Laptop Lunchbox. I went pretty traditional this time out rice, veggies, fruit(meatless but I did do the egg roll up thingy with some gorgeous red chard). The cute veggie cutters I got to "go bento" are a blast - and the "waste" goes into my smoothies.<br /><br />I have been surfing blogs (mostly vegan) and storing up bento box ideas. Lunches have gotten A LOT more healthy - and even buying organic whenever possible, cost less, too.<br /><br />And on a non-nutritional, but eco-friendly note, I even made some little washable napkins from quilting cotton (to match my box and case, of course!
