Preparation NotesConsider keeping bulk dry goods on hand for those days when the fridge is bare. While nutritionally speaking this lunch is less than ideal, it certainly stacks up better than most fast food and processed pre-packaged options.
Mix a variety of dried fruits: mango, apricots, bananas, cranberries, etc.
Add some energy nougats.
Include a handful of cashews.
