Summer Fiesta

This Week's Photo

Menu

* Baked Tortilla Chips
* Mild Tomato Salsa
* Sliced Sausages
* Fresh Raspberries
* Yellow Bell Pepper Strips

Preparation Notes

When you're in a rush, this festive lunch can't be beat. We adore these Tofurky brand sun-dried tomato and basil sausages, especially when paired with tortilla chips and salsa! Yum!

Pack a handful of chips.

Spoon your favorite salsa into the small dip container.

Slice and saute the sausages in a small amount of olive oil.

Add some raspberries, which are plentiful this time of year.

Slice the yellow bell pepper for added nutrients and summer color.
