Simple Caesar Salad
This recipe is a very quick version of the classic Caesar, and it tastes great!
Makes 4 large servings
1. Place the following dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl:
* 1 large clove garlic, pressed
* 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbs lemon juice
* 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2. Stir dressing well.
3. Add 20 romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite-size pieces and toss.
4. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese.
5. Toast 1 slice of whole wheat bread, cut it into cubes for croutons, and sprinkle on top of the salad. (optional)

Frittatas for Lunch

Menu
* Frittata (Two delicious recipes available HERE.)
* Caesar Salad
* Navel Orange Slices
Preparation Notes
Prepare a frittata of your choice. (Be sure to include lots of fresh herbs and vegetables.)
Slice the orange.
Prepare the ingredients for the Caesar salad:
1. Tear romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces.
2. Prepare the dressing:
* 1 Tbs. lemon juice
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1 clove of garlic (minced)
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/8 tsp. pepper
* 3 Tbs. olive oil
3. Sprinkle some of the dressing over the lettuce and toss.
4. Add parmesan cheese and croutons (optional).
5. Toss again.
Alternatively, pack the salad ingredients separately and assemble at lunch time.
